As you may have noticed, there is a new logo hanging in the top left hand corner. This is all down to my good friend Conor a.k.a Quixote who designed the beauty.

I have spent £120 in a week on Ebay and DVD’s. I maybe addicted.

I met up with a good friend last night for a beer at the local pub. The topic got onto housing and owning your own. You could say we are probably the two people most secure financially and able to commit to a heavy burden such as a mortgage in our peer group.

“Why get a mortgage at 22?” you ask?

Well, I think it is a good idea to get yourself on the property ladder as soon as possible. I know that with my current earnings combined with my mates, we could probably get upto and around £180,000 for a house. This would be on the proviso that we could stump up with about 10% of that amount for a deposit.

Walking back from the pub, we looked at the estate agents and saw some houses that were in and around £209,000. As you may have guessed, thats about £30,000 more than we could probably afford……so in comes my mates dad. My mates dad is an accountant who has shown interest in property development, a meeting will be setup with him to see the positives and negatives of such a venture.

Its all very pie in the sky but nonetheless it is exciting. Watch this space.

Two of the people down in the other office have resigned. There is an Admin position and a Sales position, if you think you are able to do it you aren’t and you never will be.

Infact I dont know why I even opened the opportunity for you.

So, the second transfer deadline passed and Tottenham didnt do much to help their inability to close matches. They went ahead and bought Danny Murphy and Hossam Ghaly from Charlton and Feyenoord respectively.

There was talk of getting Fernando Torres for a cool £20 million but yet again that was pie in the sky.

Oh, and we bloody lost again….in the 90th minute to sodding Fulham. F**k’s sake.

I have decided to port my blog over to Wordpress. This is because Lifetype was allowing my blog to be spammed at least 10 times daily. That wouldnt do.

A lot of other people I know use Wordpress and it does come with some awesome styles (I hope you like this one). Let’s see how it all pans out.
